We expect racers to take between 2-5 hours to complete the course.  This is a self-supported race.  You need to bring your own water and nutrition.  The course and transition areas will be marked fully marked.  There will be 6 to 8 checkpoints depending on conditions.  There is medical coverage in case of an emergency. If you are unable to complete the race for any reason, you need to check out with a volunteer so we don't launch a county wide search for you.

This is a unique, and fun race with excellent prizes thanks to Campsaver.com, Suunto, Dynafit, and Nordic United!  Hope to see you there!  Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers if the Race and Recreation divisions.
